Not to nit-pick, but I think air does have a faint smell, at least more than nothing at all.

shrimp...I shelled them for tonights dinner. Washed my hands with a strong soap but can't get rid of the smell. But I kind of like the smell cuz I keep on stiffin' them...ahhh spaghetti with shrimp....MARINARA...ahhh. After dinner, they'll probably smell like garlic which I don't like on my fingertips. Did anyone ever cut hot, HOT peppers, then forget and touch your eye?!
THE PAIN ! ! My eye shut tight as if it had a mind of its own and would not open for approx. 1 hour. When it did finally open, it looked really good and clear. I still ate the home-made jalapeno poppers but kept my fingers out of my face...better to just buy them deep-fried at any pizza shop.

And coincidentally I'm eating half an orange at the moment (daily.... half in the morning and the other half in the afternoon) and yeah, my fingers smell like oranges.
