Andrea is a male name in Italy. If one is going to put up a "mystery site", it is advisable to hide one's WHOIS info. My guess is that "guerriglia marketing" is "guerrilla marketing", so this guy may only be the ad agency that's under contract by persons unknown to run the site. Note that Mr. Natella has been booted off his server, probably by Technorail.
The language of the webpage struck me as strange, as if the writer was not a native speaker of English. He's Italian, and while all Italians learn English in school, they learn it from books and from Italians who have studied in English speaking countries. (At least that's how language education is everywhere else on earth-people from the learner's own culture who major in say Spanish or French at a university.) What results is "Italian English". We are all familiar with Nigerian English and Russian English via scam artists, but the Italian version was something I'd never encountered before. I suspect that the Google ad is there to pay operating expenses.
So, we're dealing with Italians, and this is probably an attempt to create a cult. I have no clue if the weird email form goes to Natella or to somebody totally different. Suggestion is powerful where dreams are concerned, it is likely that once the drawing of the "man" got passed around that people started "seeing" "him" in their dreams. The man might be the leader of the cult-cult leaders make all sort of loony claims, and the man DOES look vaguely Italian, and many countries have Italian descended residents, including the US, Australia, Argentina, and Brazil. In fact, so many Italians immigrated to Buenos Aires that "Porteno" (the language spoken in Buenos Aires) is more Italian than Spanish, according to wikipedia (the Naples dialect of Italian, to be precise).
