I want my brain to be donated for science, and then put me on a boat with my stuff to be set on fire.

I would want to donate my organs and then the rest for research. The thought of my remains lifeless and without purpose in a field somewhere seems illogical and wasted space which could better be enjoyed by the living. If a tribute to me is desired, then I would prefer a tree planted instead of a headstone. Although I must admit those old cemeteries are cool.

Not sure to be honest... not sure if id want to be burried... kinda boring in the soil there... but being burned to ashes is a bit weird to... in that case i would like to be spread out into the ocean...

I've signed up to be an organ donor as well. I wish the rest would be cremated and ashes scattered somewhere in the nature. A river or a forest preferably.

I'm of the Holden Caulfield school of thought on this one, ie. just dump me in a river or something ... I won't really care because I'll be dead anyway.

I'm so glad I will never have to worry about this. leaving my dead body for the living to dispose of will be my ultimate act of trolling.

;)

Well, if we did that for you, it could really backfire on us. Not sure about that one ...

I think they turn away donations to medical science where I live because they have too many offered. I am also an organ and eye donor but I believe they only harvest from persons who die in intensive care who are otherwise young, fit and healthy [apart from being brain stem dead].
I don't fancy cremation or burial in a coffin and wouldn't want a service or celebration either because I would find all the attention difficult even in death.
I see disposal of my remains as like putting the bin out.

So for me I would like cryomation - http://www.cryomation.co.uk/
followed by interment here - http://www.greenburials-scotland.co.uk/aims.htm

My only request would be to have "Don't Bang the Drum" [acoustic version] by The Waterboys played as the box of dust was placed in the ground.

i would like to go to a recycling center. i would go through a threshing and shredding machine which breaks me up to small pieces which can then be sorted.
my abdominal hull is comprised of an amalgam of lead and titanium. these can be smelted and separated, and the titanium can be cast into ingots, and the lead.......well whatever.

i met a very beautiful microwave oven once, and i have left her both of my field magnetrons in my will.
i have 1/4 gram of gold on my primitive printed circuit boards.

my powerpack is a portable and self contained nuclear reactor, and i leave that to nasa to work out how irwin allen created it.

whatever. as a human i will say that i have already been dead forever. i know i may have said this before but i do not care if i did.

i believe there was no true beginning of time, because i can only wonder "well what was before that ?" . i think time has been proceeding for ever (in the past obviously because the future has not happened yet).

i believe that i was not alive "forever" before i was concieved, and that is the equivalent of not being alive "forever" after you die.

how can i have already been dead forever, if that forever of deadness terminated in my birth? forever does not terminate.
but i know that i was not in existence for an infinite amount of time before i was born, and yet here i am ("hello").

"rays" are like "lines" in every way except for that they have an origin. lines have no origin and no end, and so they are infinity in the 1st dimension. "rays" are lines that start from an origin, but they have no end. they are also infinitely long.

hmm. my primitive chip is starting to struggle there. how can a portion of infinity equal the entirity of infinity?

so infinity divided by x equals infinity. but if x equals infinity - .0000000000 (repeater) 1, then the answer will still be infinity.

infinity is why our concept of separateness and locality is fallacious.

so after i "die", i am going to be dead forever (AGAIN), but then will i find myself commenting about it in some future circumstance like i am now doing after having had the experience of being dead forever already before i was born.

too much for me to solve.

..........yet.

you do not seem as happy as you usually are (in my distorted world).
i hope you are ok. i do not want an answer, but i hope you are not as sad as you seem.

Injected with something lethal to make sure I was dead. Then chopped up to make doubly sure.

Apparently some people have attempted to dispose of their loved ones remains at Disneyland on both the Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion rides - I can't imagine why, but I thought it was interesting...
