I've also had weird dreams about cool machines that most people would find weird. I had one about an unrealistically massive air raid siren with an odd coding mechanism, right next to a building made of large, glass windows. In real life, a siren of the size of this one would destroy those windows when it went off.

Shortly after I had the dream, while it was still in my memory, I drew up a model based on it. It stands a bit over 6 feet high. Some of the details have been embellished a bit, since I only had the very basic design left from my dream.

awesome 8O

makes me think about what if there were cool applications for sound.
instead of a laser beam, what if we could make a sound-beam?
shoot a beam at something that would make it vibrate with sound until it lost structural integrity and destroyed itself or just blew up?

i think i remember hearing or reading about some supposed invention of Tesla that was supposed to be able to destroy things with sound 8O .
Supposedly they never found it though.

really? what was your favorite part  ?

i think they actually started out on Youtube as amateurs with comedy sketch vids like this. But over time they've gotten a bit more popular since then. I heard some commercial or something during the superbowl even actually stole an idea from one of their sketches.

The two main guys in this sketch by WKUK star in the movie Miss March though.
& seeing their sketches first and then watching the movie, it's obvious that alot of their comedic style bleeds over into the movie i think.

If you liked this particular clip, then you'll love the movie. It's like 100 times better :D

My favorite part is when the boss explains why he called the intern in and then says "It's just business".

I'll have to get the movie now.

also just how his office just happened to have all these weapons stashed in random places

I have weird, rambly dreams that I have actually turned parts of into stories ... sometimes, my dreams are rather frightening (usually at times when my anxiety is really bad) ... I once had a dream that I was eaten by a shark, and I made friends with the other contents of its stomach - it was pretty funny!

I remember once I had one of those really odd phenomina were you dream you are getting up and going about your daily business multiple times but your actually dreaming. By the time you wake up you can't actually tell if its reality or still a dream. I had that once and i was absolutely pissed when i turned up at work and it was real. I remember asking my two colleagues from my office "So is this real or a dream this morning?" Which already got me off to a good start of my work colleagues reaching for the emergency telephone to call the looney doctors out. The weird thing was I had already made cups of tea for these people at least six times already in my mind I remember saying " you know its not even 9am yet and I've already made you a cup of tea six times today" It's a good thing they were all yorkshire folk so they saw the funny side. I think if I was in london I'd have spent the night in the Maudsley hospital

Those kinda dreams really mess up my day. There mean't to have a special term for them because its kinda like a de ja vu sort of thing. There not as fun as lucid dreams though.

These kinds of dreams are quite common for me. My confusion and disorientation only lasts a minute or two these days, but when I was a kid I would piss everyone off with my confusion.

I once had a nightmare that some brutal medival warlord had taken over my street and was beheading loads of people including kids. I ran away and there were bodies burning in plies, I sneaked off into the woods to escape. It was the scareist dream I ever had. The best dream I ever had was where I lived above a big comic shop and all my friends were there with me, and i could sit on the balcony looking at a sunset.

I once fell asleep with the TV on the cartoon channel, which resulted in me dreaming about being chased through the garden to my moms house, then out on the roads in the neighbourhood and into a tree where there was a cinema placed with all my classmates (at the time) and as I ran though, the floor craked open like with an earthquake and all my classmates fell into it, before I ran out of the cinema and then I woke up.
I was being chased by two cartoon-figures in a pink car.
I think I was around 12 when I had the dream.

i once fell asleep on the couch and i dreamed that the girl from the movie "The Ring" was following me around everywhere in my dream with a portable keyboard and playing classical music everywhere i went. In the dream i got so sick and annoyed of it, that i kept trying to run away from her and yelled for her to shut the f**k up and stop playing that goddamned keyboard!
Then i woke up and found out that it was actually my sister who had been playing the music on the piano in the living room the whole time  .

Haha :p
I find it quite funny how noises and such whilst you sleep can affect your dreams so much ^^

Which reminds me that just about every time I've gone to bed with a full bladder I've had dreams about really weird toilets...
