just remember that the human brain can only hold one discrete thought in working memory at any given time, so with that information, what you can try is to kick out any negative thoughts as soon as they pop-up, replacing them with other thoughts, any thoughts that are not ungood thoughts. do this repeatedly until the ungood thoughts keep their distance. just a thought.
