Slough has got to be up there. Famous for ..... :? ??????

Oh, yes, the largest industrial estate in Europe. And the TV show "The Office". A major redeeming feature, the smell of chocolate from the Mars factory

It even had a poem written about it:

Come friendly bombs & fall on Slough,
It isn't fit for humans now.

ill have to agree with RedMage Murray Bridge is an absolute dump there are no good shops, it is full of drugs, it is poluted, the school is crap also full of drugs, the people are mean and it smells. i live about 30km away and i can smell it from here.

Any place that is overly crowded. I hate when there are too many people in a very small room.

Any school dances. Too crowded, too noisy, too socially demanding. Ick!

As far as places around the world, though, I don't like any big, cement cities with too much smog. What I've seen of L.A. comes to mind.

Cincinnati - very dirty and run down looking in the city, massive population loss
South Louisville through Fort Knox KY (Dixie Hwy Corrider) - nothing but trailer parks, strip clubs, and pawn shops -- Eastern 1/2 of the city is awesome

Anyplace with lots of mud, sticks, pebbles and manure on the ground. It's hard, living in the country when you're a gamer geek.

High school dances also suck. They play sucky music and are full of a bunch of preps! EWWW!

The name "Slough" brings to mind a line in one of my favorite movies, "The First Olympic Games: Athens, 1896," where David Caruso, playing James Connolly, the first winner at the first modern Olympics says, "There once was a lady from Slough, who said that she didn't know how..." One of the few naughty lines in an otherwise very wholesome movie.
