I ahve bad back problems, but it's not anything serious. It's actually caused by poor posture against my spine. It can cause pain to me when I stay hunched over a bit for a long period of time though. I've been tested for things like scoliosis and stuff too, but it all came back negative, so I just chalk it up to poor posture.
please be kind to your back, it is the only one you will be issued this lifetime so make the most of it.

It might be worth it to check in with a pt or kinesiologist on exercises and stretches for preventative care. Though the pain might be easily ignored at the moment, the time might come when it will affect every aspect of your life. I'm not tryna freak you out or anything, but it's definitely something worth looking into if the pain keeps on getting worse (even if it's manageable, because it only takes one bad move/twist/jump/lean to go from manageable to unmanageable, a point that's hard to predict)
yeah, mine first went out when I was still young, in my middle 30s. it sneaks up on one with NO WARNING. don't let it do that to you!
