As I said on another thread:

People yakkitty yak and speak
And waste your time of day,
But Mr. Ed will never speak
Unless he has something to say.

Are you saying that I am "dominant"?????

If you don't take that back my legions of loyal minions will kick your ass...after they finish cleaning my windows, and licking my boots!

So the OP is cross about it. I guess he thinks there's a huge silent majority of lurkers who would reinforce his unusual opinions if only we'd stop posting. He seems to feel dominated because practically everybody who posts disagrees strongly with his views. But last time I looked, posting doesn't stop anybody else from posting. I guess he's trying to say that we're only a small bunch of people so our views aren't strong enough evidence that his views are wrong. If it were me, I'd go away and look for a group that was more sympathetic to my mindset. I'm not going to be scurrilous and suggest the type of group he'd fit in with, though I'm sorely tempted.

What's wrong with that? Maybe those people just have a good knack for discussion and/or other posters may not be interested in a lot of discussion.

To tell you the honest truth that would be horrible. I love wp.

Sorry, I was being ironic - I should have made that clear. I love WP too.

That's ok

I haven't noticed this. Yes, there are people who post a lot, but there are also new people popping in, and a different combination of posters for each thread. Each of the most popular sub-forums has a different group of people who frequent it. Certainly there are more than 10 posters.

You never know, a large percentage of Facebook accounts are dummy accounts underwritten by media companies to boost the profiles of their talent.

Sock puppets, yes, very likely on FaceBook. But you can usually spot them by the content etc. I doubt there are any posters on WP who aren't genuine in some sense of the word (except for the occasional spammer), though I think there's a small number who are on WP for the wrong reasons.
