Actually, I think that treadmills are the one form of exercise I can do...

Oh yes, helmets are a must. I rarely ride without them.

And I'm taking Graelwyn along too. I'm pretty sure she rides (or at least did at one time, and you never really forget riding).

Ok! :)
There are 23 horses at the stable where I ride, so assuming that a few people are short and a few know how to ride well, we can bring along a lot.
