Fine, everyone who wants to stay on Earth has to pick a continent for themselves. If more than one person wants it they have to state how much better use they would make of it, make things better than the other etcetera, show why you alone should claim the place.
If I had to stay on Earth, I'd choose Australia. At least the outback would provide me with solitude on demand.
