Jammed with the hospital band. The band is called the "Lab Rats".

Had a cup of green tea, and meditated.

I have gotten through quite a bit of a book I am reading. I have socialized with my family a bit, and not much else tbh.

I pushed myself out of my comfort zone today. I went on a group walk with some people I've never met before. It was...different.

I'm still processing it :) It was alright though thankyou for asking. I oscilated between being interested in the novelty of being on a walk with people and being annoyed that there were people there ruining what could have been a nice peaceful walk! I struggled at first when the chat was superficial and quite materialistic - i just have very little interest in people's jobs or money or whatever, but the conversation eventually did go to places i found more interesting and i got more involved.

That’s really awesome!
It’s so neat to hear people step out of their comfort zones

I slept until noon, met my dad to give him some leftovers I didn't want, we spontaneously decided to go to lunch, then we had to stop at a fancy candy shop so my dad could expand his repertoire of expensive dessert, and then I spent two hours sitting in a dark room staring at a screen.

I went to the first meeting of a club for ND students at my school. I didn't talk very much but it was nice to go anyway.

Well I went to Aldi this morning then I came home and waited for my new mattress to be delivered and then I had a tin of ravioli and then I went to the hospital to see my shrink then I came home and sorted out my new mattress and then I listened to a bit of music and then I started making tea and now I'm watching the chase

So I've done a few things today but nothing special really
