errrr... i am the god of straps... so i wrote the laws of straps... but i am also the god of powerchairs, and i wrote those laws too... so let me just make a second revision!

and the strap handbook states like every manufacturer isr required by law to say "must have them on snug to acquire proper support and positioning.." my sense on snug is totally different from theirs i guess.

The rule should be "must have them on snug, or tight if the user wishes so"
