went to the mall nearest us, got my grandma's best friend flowers for her birthday, bought two books, went to get my brother; FSIL; and nephew, went to a diff. mall, went to build-a-bear, made a new hello kitty, came home, went to work, came home.

I made friends with my next door neighbors today! I was always afraid they didn't like me, but as it turns out they've been dying to get to know me! They were even the ones to approach me, not the other way around! I can't wait for them to get home from school tomorrow! :D

Made awesome Belgian waffles for breakfast - had 3 people spend the night so made food for them. Had passionfruit jelly to put on the waffles. Then we went to the beach and flew a 2-line stunt kite which I promptly crashed into a palm tree. Swam with my golden retriever - if I bring a boogie board he climbs onto it and we float around together. The tourists get a kick out of him. Then came home and was overloaded by all the people so took a nap. My hubby is on his computer and I'm on mine :) Maybe I'll have a nice time with him later 8)

But have to work tomorrow and there's some hostility from one of my department staff towards me, so not looking forward to work week. Good thing weekends go well.

Back to work today. So -so. Some co-workers are very loud. I have wondered if they do it on purpose because they know how I feel about how loud they get. Earplugs and music are ineffective. I can hear their conversation better than the music set at half volume. Any higher and it hurts my ears. No problem. I went to Plan B. I got up and walked around the building some. It seems to work for they shut up until I come back and sit back down. Let them play their games. I have a plan and only a few more months.

Tested one of my co-workers again today. I stated with enthusiasm(I think) how I enjoy doing certain work related tasks. I checked his desk later and all of those very tasks I mentioned were on his desk to do. Typical. It is a nice feeling to play him like that since he runs his mouth and tries to push my buttons for his personal pleasure. Ah the meaningless mind games. No problem, in a few months no more. :)

Work is very boring. I have enough to keep me looking busy for now. I spent the day thinking on how to properly have a 100,000 ton space craft properly enter the atmosphere and land in the ocean. That was fun. Looked at some stock info on break. Read some things on wiki too.

Went and got some pizza today. The lady there is very nice and she always makes me feel more relaxed. I liked that. I tried some small talk, but again all I got out was about the weather since I had just studied it earlier. *shrug* At least I try. I watched the clouds drift by while I waited for my food. The shapes and movements were soft and gentle. Very pretty. Reminded me of when I lived in Florida. That made me smile.

Came home, rush hour was heavier than normal, and have been on and off WP lurking for the last 3 hours. Been trying to figure out how to participate in certain topics, but the words and phrases are not coming together. I have been in that "no speaking" phase for the last few days. I just don't want to communicate right now - at least not so much as a human. However, my creativity and daydreaming has been most excellent, so I welcomed these moments.

Music listened to today: Blue Oyster Cult, Tesla, Pink Floyd, Metallica, U2, and various 80's one hit wonders.
