I went someplace that was all white. I just floated in the light, blissed out. then I heard a very distant "ouch" and was slammed back into my body with a shuddering jolt. turns out in my blissed out state I bit the dentist's hand. the dentist thought he'd hurt me because of the violent shake.

Laughing gas was pretty trippy.
Lot of dentists use it themselves, they say.
People use the whipped cream bulbs too for a high.

I am reminded of the book "brave new world" which depicted a future in which police would spray "soma gas" over crowds of rioters to mellow them out and make them go back home. mebbe the cops of today should just carry laughing gas around.

It would be nice for police to have an alternative to riddling people with bullets.
Maybe you'd end up with a lot of high police officers, though.

imagine being pulled over for speeding, and when the cop approaches your window a gust of laughing gas comes out of the car and overwhelms him with joy?

I'm still holding out hope that an affordable user-friendly spectral source subtraction editor will become available for windows and/or soundforge on windows.
