I'm no expert but pretty sure large straight pins,
a drum? or appropriate backround music,
Mambos clothing, nothing too fancy but old and tattered looking, ........just guessing
alot of dark make-up (for around the eyes)

Do you have a zombie handy by any chance?
I think theres some chicken/rooster bones and a bowl to throw them in, but thats optional

lol, those dolls are at the same time both cute and disturbing, :wink:
