It's easy to be miserable all the time if all you spend your energy on is looking for reasons to not be happy.

You can choose to be happy or you can choose to be miserable.

I find it mind boggling that I've been on WP for almost 21 years.

Yes, the 'cheesiness' increases through aging. I've had 10 year old cheddar that was like getting punched in the mouth, by cheese.

But that's not getting high. Still, that means I might be able to sharpen my own cheddar just by leaving it to mature for a while. Only one snag, it grows green mould when it's past its sell-by date, and the result doesn't taste nice at all, it tastes like green mould. I suspect Walmart are doing something to the cheddar to stop people maturing their own so they'll pay extra for "extra sharp" cheddar.

Have you tried doing it in a cheese cave?

Strange though it may seem, no I haven't. Looks like it'd cost me more time and money than just giving in to Walmart's profiteering and buying their extra sharp. I bet nobody's allowed into that cave without a white Trilby hat as well, and white doesn't suit me and for some reason I don't like Trilbies. It's a shame though. It's a fine idea with a few tiny but fatal flaws.
