That was another theme in this WWI documentary. Wounded soldier back from the war blowing his stack because the city council, say, would waste a half hour on important business like what kind of sign to put on the men's toilet.
Yes, I don't know what these feelings say about me, or that soldier.
It's kind of a victim entitlement thing.
Can't say I like it, but it's hard not to feel kind of resentful when people bang on about trivial things and you've just had both your legs blown off, for example.
Like I'm the bigger victim and you don't deserve to complain about anything.
It's sucky, and I don't know how to stop feeling like this.
