i woke up, after getting chastised last night on a discord art server i'm on for "bringing everybody down".
my sister's boyfriend came
over. we got dragged to the DMV. thought we didn't need an appointment. we did, so there was time wasted. i was running around for an hour getting s**t done, picking people up and then i remembered i had an appointment with a school counselor at 1. i arrived 5 minutes late and i tried to get a 3 hour parking permit so i wouldn't get a citation. i left half of the money i needed in the car, but i didn't remember until i had already inserted some of the money into the machine. i tried to get my coins back, but i couldn't. the machine was broken, it stole my money. so i couldn't get a parking pass
i trudged up to the place where the counselor was. they were closed. they closed right when i thought the appointment was. turns out i was lookin at the wrong reminder card and i missed my appointment. now i cant get one for the rest of the semester. and i'm only 2 weeks in.
i walked back to my car after being gone for LITERALLY 10 minutes and i have a parking ticket. half the lot is empty, i'm
not depriving anyone of anything.
the citation is meaningless, just like the citing officers life (i presume)
my car had recently developed an PS fluid leak which will potentially destroy the alternator if not remedied, which is a thousand dollar repair. i stop by autozone to pick up ATF. my debit card and drivers license are missing. i've misplaced them. i go back home. i bike to autozone after finding my debit card. they don't have what i (think i) need.
i call the dealership and ask them if they have the fluid i need and they do, so i drive there and pick some up.
the label on the bottle says "autozone".
i come back home (after missing my exit), sit down and discover that i can't find my purple and blue watercolor pencils.
purple and blue are the colors i will be using most for this particular piece.
every single day of my life is like this.
