What if I never did look like Mick Avory? What if I looked like John Banner the whole time, but I didn't want to admit to it? The positive thing about this is that a fat person can also look like someone famous.

My hair gotten a bit thicker...
And I have an equally reckless hand.

B&M do small christmas trees. Ideal for a flat. You've got to be careful when carrying them though as I nearly poked my eye out last time I got one!

I suppose it all goes towards research dunnit

I'm more interested that they can grow it on Dartmoor

Do some men reach a certain age where they suddenly become obsessed with how many lights are on in the house

I am certainly careful over my electric usage. I have a smart meter and display so I know exactly what I'm using.

It usually happens when they notice inflation is eating away at their pensions, so they have to economise at the expense of driving everybody up the wall.

It's just that I keep hearing my stepdad's voice every time I leave a light on

It's quite funny

Going on about bog rolls, leaving lights on and "how much bloody milk do we go through in this house"

This would have been the early 80s
I think unit rates were about 3p per kWh

Sunday evenings are always the time the weirdos upstairs sweep their whole apartment with a broom. It's so noisy and irritating.
