I confess I got up earlier than usual today and in a better mood. I'm going to the gym in a little bit, which is what I wanted to do yesterday but I got up too late.

I confess that I take 2 Tylenol PMs each night to help me fall asleep- it was the only solution to help me.

^I confess....you might want to try working on one of your hobbies, in order to take your mind off the cravings. It helps me out sometimes.

I confess I went to revival service with mom tonight (which is something I don't like to do, but I didn't want her to go alone) and this one guy wanted to shake my hand in the church. I had to lean over a pew to reach him and the whole time I was thinking "OW, my f**king balls!! !" :lol:
