I went out to breakfast with my bf. He went home now. I am exhausted. (Not from the breakfast, just because I am always exhausted.)

Not really today but I found out that I’ve lost 8 pounds in two weeks on keto! I know a lot is probably water weight but that’s still the most amount of weight I’ve ever lost on a diet for weight loss in a short time.

for 4th time in a row the same casher asked my id, what's suddenly the pbl, she knows me and where i live,
then i had to go to custom serv bc all sorts of mistakes on the receit,

maybe give this shop a miss for a while

Tidied up my flat. Put some rubbish out. Avoided alcohol so far today. Getting my shopping delivered from Asda later on.

I think I've made it so my dog can't escape my garden. He's developed a bit of a roaming habit, I think the neighbours might have a b***h in heat, and I needed to stop it. So I've been putting up high fencing (he's a jumper) wherever he could feasibly jump out.

Time will tell...

I've just been resting as always and haven't achieved anything.

well if recovering from fatigue .. is equally important as getting the stuff done . Then that is important too.
I managed to diagnose a problem in a video monitor , just enough to know I wasted my time . The repair would absolutely test my skill levels . Ans may very well not worth my time for the repair .

Managed to piss the pharmacist off

Well he was asking too many questions so I just remarked that it's like passport control

Wish, I had been there .....People whom ask invasive questions without permission , could be in line for various harsh words .....IMHO ..

He was possibly new to be fair because I've never seen him before but he's gotta learn

yesterday i did more than usual.

today i did nothing productive. not even go to work, but i wasn't scheduled to work so WTF ever, s**t. besides, everything was closed.
