Not really today but I found out that I’ve lost 8 pounds in two weeks on keto! I know a lot is probably water weight but that’s still the most amount of weight I’ve ever lost on a diet for weight loss in a short time.

shopping (missed that saturday)
for 4th time in a row the same casher asked my id, what's suddenly the pbl, she knows me and where i live,
then i had to go to custom serv bc all sorts of mistakes on the receit,
what.............. :roll: :twisted:
maybe give this shop a miss for a while :cry:

Tidied up my flat. Put some rubbish out. Avoided alcohol so far today. Getting my shopping delivered from Asda later on.

I think I've made it so my dog can't escape my garden. He's developed a bit of a roaming habit, I think the neighbours might have a b***h in heat, and I needed to stop it. So I've been putting up high fencing (he's a jumper) wherever he could feasibly jump out.

Time will tell...

went to bank and got the money orders required for the passport

went to cvs and got miralax.

well if recovering from fatigue .. is equally important as getting the stuff done . Then that is important too.
I managed to diagnose a problem in a video monitor , just enough to know I wasted my time . The repair would absolutely test my skill levels . Ans may very well not worth my time for the repair .

yesterday i did more than usual.
