I wasn't too happy in 1994. I was trying to be what I'm not. I was acting all British to look cool.

I should never post a two hour and forty-eight minute YouTube video again when it has limited broad interest and before I myself has watched the entire thing! It was a collection of times Mike Nelson appeared on Mystery Science Theater 3000 as a character other than himself. It started out strong, which is why I posted it, but when it hit the Sci-Fi Channel years, the skits became something different, at the Sci-Fi Channel's insistence; longer with a thread of a story.

I went to bed a little after 1AM last night, first watching Mike Nelson, then watching Bridget Jones-Nelson clips. Posting the Mike Nelson epic was on my mind off and on all night. I removed it from the thread the first thing this morning.

I also hope babybird is doing well.

That is what is on my mind right now, and for the last eight hours.

(By they way, I posted the Epic because I could not individual clips of the skits where Mike portrayed Gamera, hanging his laundry. I saw it was included in the Epic.)

After an entire week of practically being tested...

I can confidently say that I no longer truly deal with autistic inertia.
I can get overwhelmed and somewhat shutdown for all it cared, I can still transition fast.

While that's my major step up in the executive functions... I need more.
Because this is executive functions. It has several domains than just transitioning.

Yes, I'm good at stopping and going, starting and going and stopping and going again. Etc.

But how about everything else?
The whens and when not tos? How about the mental scratchpad? How about channeling avoidance in a different direction?

Or even get rid of the present self and will, only for it to program and coax the brain itself to make decisions that the self had preprogrammed as the brain do it for them?

Other mechanisms of the brain, of the mind. Autistic, human. Doesn't matter. It's mine. And the mind, the ego and the brain is supposedly the servant, not the master.

I can order my 1800s writing book on Friday, but it's only Tuesday. I just hope this sudden special interest doesn't die off by then. As an ADHDer, special interests don't happen often and when they do they're often short-lived. Ugh, please help me remain obsessed!

Well I've just got to keep listening to his songs and I should keep obsessed. I'd rather not have an obsession (special interest?) really, as it takes up too much room in my mind, but I have a feeling it's just a passing fad. I just hope it lasts long enough for me to complete a story lol.

How is it that showing my true colours made me evolve into a Sweet Pea? I'm talking black, red and yellow.
