Thanks lol. I'm just so obsessed with 19th century America at the moment, even though I know very little about it. I'm crap at doing research, so my story has to be mostly fictional. Thank God I have a good imagination.

By the way, does anyone know who the president of the US was in 1864? Google seems vague about it.

I guess I won't be dressing like The Kinks in the future. It's for the best. I make a much more convincing Schlager than a Mod, anyways.

Ugh, I thought the civil war was at the beginning of the 19th century, but it turns out it was in the 1860s, right when I'm going to be writing my historical story about. Now that's going to complicate things for my story.

Stupid civil wars happening in just the year I need to write my story of.
