Could have used those the other day for the guy blocking the disabled toilet, see Haven rant thread for more details.

My legs work most of the time.
It's only when I get tired, my brain says "f**k it, I can only manage above the knees from this point on."
It's more like one foot won't move and that stuffs everything.
Try walking with one foot uncooperative.

Also useful when people park their cars in front of the wheelchair ramp.
