Yeah there's been times when I've not posted for months and I'll still be logged in

I arranged for a page (my thread subscriptions page) to be auto-reloaded by the browser every minute otherwise I'd find I was logged out after a while away from the machine.
Even the pre-upgrade version before 2014 did that.

But that may only be true for moderator/admin accounts, so... as you were.

I sometimes get auto-logged out too, I think it's when I switch devices. Most of the time I use WP on my phone but sometimes I use it on my laptop. I haven't taken much notice of any patterns but I'm assuming that's what it is.

I use Chrome on both Windows 11 and Samsung OneUI (Android v16). Not happening to me on either platform.
