Food for thought
What's my Food for Thought?
So that's two things that's on my mind right now. First one, and then the question.

The 70s were a very cool decade. There was hippie music at the start of the decade. Mid decade, Disco hit the waves and in the Late 70s, Punk was all the rage.

I made $7 at the flea market yesterday. That's not going to keep me from going there.

It's the 60th anniversary of The Monkees debut this year. I feel closer to Schultz than I do The Monkees.

What does it mean when someone says you come close to a celebrity? The first summer I had my big breakdown, my mum said, "The darling, unworldly Mick Avory with hands like shovels who wouldn't dare choose to hurt a soul. You came pretty close to Mick Avory....you came pretty close to Mick Avory."

I am a a big Floyd fan. Then I'm a bit partial to the bee gees saturday night fever period. I don't like punk and then it all kicks in for me around 1979 with Roxy Music's Manifesto album follwed up by flesh and blood and avalon which started off the new romantic period. then 1980-84 the singles charts were great.
