Boil n simmer potatoes, carrots, garlic, onion if u want,
various greens like celery, spinach, beet greens, etc (whatever u have)
N drink it - can add salt and herbs or spices if u want
It ‘revitalizes’ you and fr me n my son it definitely works
we have it at least a few times a month
