I'm [hypothetically] resting up for National Novel Writing Month.
But if I don't work hard every day, I feel guilty.

Who are you trying to please?
Who gets to judge your worth by the amount of work you turn out?

I have lists and lists about lists.

There is also a kind of diary.

I still sit here looking at things which need to be sorted out.

^^I'm not really sure. Maybe me. Probably my mum, though whether she'd really mean it in actuality or I just imagine that she would...is hard to tell. It's the old cycle returned, as usual. Living in her basement doesn't really help. University was a living nightmare, and if only two good things came out of it, it would be realizing the effect my mum has on me, as well as the proof that I can't live on my own.

They did the same thing to my elder cousin Mustafa they prevented him frm leaving the country bcuz he was associated with being against the policies even though he is Saudi he is confined to Saudi Arabia and fr example his daughter goes fr treatment fr autism a few months a year (in London) and he cannot go with her only his wife can go- etc

And he’s the nicest best man. So I think there is no hope left next thing u know God forbid Saudi will become like Egypt

(Egyptian president has massacred thousands n imprisoned on false charges hundreds esp students, journalists etc)

there is literally nothing left just vestiges and favades of ‘peace’

So, I tried the pretend drops to psyche myself up for the eye checkup in two weeks. I couldn't even get one in, and I burst out crying.

Should I be a meme pooper by pointing out that MRIs and catscans aren't the same thing?
Would have been better if they'd used "medical imagers", but I know I'm being an anal twat, so ignore.

Just going off to find my sense of humour now.
