I'm going to try to take better care of myself. I'm going to try giving myself hugs instead of abusing myself when I make a mistake. I need fuzz therapy. Ammy and Chibi to the rescue!

There's a Karate grading tomorrow that I really don't want to go to because I'm exhausted and I can't stand having my Saturdays interrupted, but everyone else seems to think that I need to go. If I don't go, I'll also feel guilty for not going. What to do?

I found that to be very therapeutic, thxs.

It was relaxing to watch the hand of Yeshua's work evolve over time. I think there is a lot more to see once he gets here.

I rode my bike off the side of a suspension bridge this morning :lol:
Nothing broken - only a slightly bent pedal.

The left pedal bottomed out on the curve of the bridge as I attempted the uphill climb and that threw me off balance.
Luckily, I managed to land upright.

It was fun, but my poor bike needs some TLC :(
