Ah, had a visit from my mum today, always distressing.
Now I'm wound up.
But I resisted all urges so I'm kind of proud of myself.
I know now why my dad drank so much.

I've been guilt tripped into staying alive so it's not easy , but it is what it is.

yep , they are some real twats in the world.
I've never understand how people get off on others pain other than having a personality disorder.
I do get some sort of satisfaction when I rib people for comedic effect so maybe I have a PD too.

According to my psychiatrist I have mix personality disorder - emotional instability with severe mood swings and psychotic features. (This is exactly what is written on my report except it's in Czech.) So I have a little bit of everything? I've never hurt anybody willingly except for this one case that still haunts me to this day.
