The usual chores - mostly preparing food, walking to Walmart, and later I did 3 circuits of the car park which brings today's walking distance up to about a mile. Tried out new blood pressure meter a couple of times, wrote up the most important of the results. Ate a bit less food to reduce calorie intake so I won't put weight on.

I think the medications working

Up to now I've gone right through my flat cleaning and sorted out all my drawers in my room.
And thrown out 2 bin bags of clothes
Got rid of all my recycling
Now all I have to do is dismantle this jigsaw puzzle and put the puzzle table away before I get Hetty out so she can do the vacuuming

I mean there's absolutely loads I could be getting on with but I'd rather stay in here and chill with you guys

Which one are you on now?

I tried Ritalin but it didn't do much for me.

Oh well it's a moderate release one and it's called Medikenet

It's supposed to be the same as my old one but I reckon it's better because it just feels a lot smoother when it's taking affect so I'm gonna see if I can swap to this full time plus I can take it with my breakfast rather than 30 minutes before

I mean if it's supposed to be exactly the same then why do you take it differently

I used to take Ritalin years ago but I was taking like 5 pills a day of something and with this I just take it first thing in the morning time and that's it for the day

Probably Medikenet XL slow release then.

I might see if I can get a trial of that.

I fixed a problem with the council tax. At least I think I did. I'd accidentally underpaid them by £20, and they went off the deep end about it and reckoned I'd got 2 weeks to pay up or they'd start court proceedings. And I'd got 1 week to pay before they took away my right to pay in instalments. Money-grabbing bastards. I've been paying them promptly and in full for yonks, and that's how they thank me. They used to have a propaganda message on the sides of their vans that said "Leicester City Council Cares." Like I remarked at the time, they had to do that because it was the only way you'd know.

Anyway I think it was a bit of an idle threat they made, but I thought I'd best not take any chances so I bravely logged into my bank account and sent them their blood money. After this I wouldn't pee on them if they were burning to death. Supposed to be socialists as well. False flag.

I cleaned up my google drive and avoided having to pay for more storage. In leiu of keeping things organised I should make a habit of cleaning the google drive every so often.
