Hi, all.
I probably won't be around for a little while.
I've been ordered to rest up, so I'm having a bit of a break from everything.
Thisll probablynlast for about 2 days knowing I.
Later, suckers.

Staycations can be a really good thing.

I have returned. Only a few more days 'til National Novel Writing Month starts.

Will you stick to the 50,000 or will you go higher do you think? Are you aiming for a rough first draft or a mostly

polished novel?

I might try one year to do a really rough draft/plot outline for nano one year, I don't know. I'm a very slow writer.

Sorry, I didn't see your post 'til now. I have 10,000 already for the book, but I just found out it's technically against the rules to have any part of the book in advance [which in retrospect does make some sense]. Regardless, I'll aim for 50,000, and if it turns into 60,000, then all the better. I haven't published anything yet, but I'd say I'm aiming for published novel quality anyway.

I am on one for this whole week :D . My primary location will be my sofa, with regular outings to the region of my

fridge and teapot.

I'm now reading Mythcreants articles about sexism in books and movies and tv shows. I find it fascinating how peoples' beliefs and perceptions about how things are become so much of their identity that they would and are willing to fight or die if challenged. It shows up in the media and in books as well as political, social, and so forth scenarios. In other words, it's everywhere.
I especially like this article: https://mythcreants.com/blog/five-destructive-myths-perpetuated-by-roleplaying-games/ It has almost the most comments out of any of the Mythcreants articles, and most of the comments in this case are by people lashing out and defending their views as if for dear life.

I looked in the mirror after my bath this morning. I looked on my chin and I saw a huge red blood mark. A huge pimple on my chin popped when I was sleeping. It was a less obvious one and not one of those white ones just waiting to pop.
