Don't you mean Rick Riordan? The guy who wrote Percy Jackson series?

A film about Apple joint-founder Steve Jobs on DVD. Ordered from Ebay, hasn't arrived yet.

On my last visit to Manchester, I noticed a newly opened branch of Tim Horton's, and went past another on the bus. I've never heard of this business before, will probably check it out in the near future.

Two pairs of shoes from Shoe Zone online. Total cost £29.98

These are essentially rubbish, and last not much more than four months, but they're quite comfortable to wear and I don't know of any cheaper option.

They're ubiquitous in Canada. I'm waiting for the first Tim Horton's location opened up inside of another, larger Tim Horton's. :lol:

I bought ball hockey shoes. Then even match my uniform. :nerdy:

@Deep,
They make really bad coffee, decent tea, and sell premade doughnuts. The sandwiches aren't bad if they don't burn the bread. I don't think I've ever had the soup or other food things. They made their own doughnuts and smelled like a bakery when I was little, so it bugs me that they now smell like bad black coffee.

@FXE,
Tim's inside Tim's. :lol: I know right! Do you remember when they were cash only, and wouldn't even take debit cards? Then they had paper gift certificates like coupons you could give people. Then it was only Mastercard and not Visa. So annoying.

I remember having friends who worked at one when they finally could take debit cards. I also remember when they switched from making donuts to just warming up pre-cooked donuts. My friend was given the title 'head baker'. :lol:
