Hope u feel better-

I just did a ton of ‘EFT tapping’ with unravelling negative thoughta tht keep coming up (eg even thoughXYZ, i deeply n completely love n accept myself

Eg even though i missed the appointment i deeply n completely love n accept myself

Even though i feel (xyz way) i .. etc
Even though my money seems wasted i... etc

And so on getting to rye root of it
It takes about 5 minutes sometimes

(I did it right now
regarding the same old bad memory of ex law clerk lying abt me then me later finding out ex lawyer himself was givung me wrong advice,

told me tp do things he was supposed to do in order to exacerbate situation without intervening,
n lied to mislead me hoping i wd go to court - all tht other lawyers now told me
Was what he was doing-

It keeps replaying in my head every few hrs as it compounded wht had happened with XH lying abt and to me
Bcuz then i daily start fearing ppl in general n having real panic attacks if i have to be out in public around ppl

So that really helped

Then positive affirmations thingy fr a couple of minutes (just repeated after the girl once )

Idk if i mentioned to u all here but my non verbal 6 yr old severe AsD kid said his first real word to me (intentional too) a few days ago

He came up tapped me n said ‘hey’

My motivation for writing has pretty much evaporated at the moment. 20,000 words to go...*sigh* I know exactly what happens in the next part, too, so you'd think it'd be easy.

I tried to wake my GF earlier ( which is a very difficult task ) , she didn't wake up but spoke to me in her sleep.

She said in a rather shifty husky voice 'Wanna buy some doors?'
