I confess that often I don't answer posts but it is often that I can not think of anything to say, often I feel like I don't have any answers, these people seem to almost all have this thing where they say all there thoughts in a proper order and know how to make proper sentences. I always feel like an outsider as seem to hae difficulty putting my thoughts up properly and others seem to have so much experience. I can't drive, I often think crazy, they know lots about things and basicaly I have not met anyone like me. I admit I often feel that I have to pretend even on here to do some things.

Also I am almost physicaly unable to work, I freaked out when I did work experience and I think I did a terrible job, I had no idea how to fix a computer yet I decided to do it in a computer fixer job. I can know stuff but being relied on I always fail, most I can do is some random job at a sausage sizzle for the scouts why is it that I have to be so weird. everyone always talks about jobs and I feel like I just can't do it, I don't know if I could ever help people in a job, others are always helping me, and I feel so guilty.

Do you get any treatment for your AS, Bradleigh?

Is it just that you feel very anxious and then can't do these kinds of jobs?

You shouldn't feel guilty. It really does no good for anyone. If you have a problem, try to solve it. Don't feel guilty about failure. Failure is just another way of learning.

The thing is on the outside I am quite normal but I don't know in certain things I just can't hold my own, I just feel anxious when someone relies on me. It is like I often need exact directions in things. thanks for that.

It sound like a confidence problem to me. I was the same way when I was your age but university helped me a lot in that respect. Are you still in high-school?

I am in uni now, I think I am getting better, but I feel realy scared in group activites. I am also having a problem with getting myself to do homework.

I still find groups difficult but it does get easier if you get to know the people and have more practice. Homework is just about motivation and managing your time.

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

I saw on TV that sleeping more than 7 hours a night shortens your life! On the bright side at least you won’t die from tiredness. :D
