Writing program notes for my composition folio. I still think it's not necessary (it's absolute music, for Christ's sake- all the information that one could want can be gained by reading the scores), but one must not argue with the Great Gods Who Write the Course Outlines, so whatever.

Eating a bag of Doritos. I'm not going anorexic on anybody, anymore. I'm cutting out McDonald's. The least I can do, is treat myself, every time I win money on a scratch n win, an average of once a month. We must each honour the basic body type that God gave us. Lose a few lbs if needed, but don't set a goal, that's too much of a goal. My goal is to lose 50 lbs and stay at 200. 70 or 80 lbs is too much of a goal for me.
