He's a hybrid- Imperial King snake ( King snake x Milk snake ).

He's a one- off and totally unique in the whole world ! !

He is indeed a beautiful creature.

Does he mostly eat baby mice, or what?

Yes , he eats baby mice as you mentioned BUT they are bought frozen and I defrost them and dip them in hot water so the snake thinks he's getting a live mouse but I don't have to give him one :)

You see I'm an animal lover and it crushes me if I see a live mouse being eaten by a snake on uTube . It is THE common practice to feed defrosted rodents in the UK .
