I'm saving up for a new .22LR caliber rifle for my birthday. I was going to get a WW2-era SMLE Lee-Enfield No.1 MKIII .303 Brit (I actually owned one before), but I wouldn't shoot it at all and it'd just sit in the safe doing nothing; it's far too loud, even here in the sticks. I don't like to bother the neighbors.

I want to get a Savage with a laminated stock, specifically this one ($450):

I'm actually practicing to memorize the dialogue I'm supposed to read aloud in Spanish class tomorrow. I can never roll my R's. Thankfully, it's not like I'll get points docked off for not being able to do so. :(

1. Place tongue on part between hard palate and teeth.
2. Exhale and change exhalation force on alveolar space as needed.
(3. If failed, wait for as many hours as needed until relatively relaxed and attempt again.)

In some cases, one simply acquires the ability spontaneously without trying too hard after a while. Unless the tongue really is restricted by something serious, there should be nothing in the way of doing it.
