Cardamom is popular but I always lean heavily on black pepper purely because it will cover more tons per decade. Don't overdo the salt, it kills the detergent.

Because the trip there was so mind numbingly boring that part of your brain concerned with perception of time institutes local brain death. This is why life seems to accelerate as one ages.
Eventually enough time perception is lost to live the same day over and over.
