Wolfram has a feature for that as well, but the video was made by transposing (?) the familiar canon by Pachelbel (dative prep.) harmonic minor.

Not really a transposition, then. More like a variation.

Transposition involves moving the notes up or down the same number of tones, so yes, they would be in the same mode, but a different key.

I've thought about it, but I haven't bothered to study up and take the test.
I've taken a music theory exam when I was 10, though.
