It seemed so much easier for me to soldier on after events that excite me when I was working. I can't pound the pavement in the snow. I think God wants me to spend the week at my clubhouse before I go on my job search.

I'm slowly but surely beating a habit of procrastination, and that makes me happy. Yet right now I'm procrastinating, so I also feel like a hypocrite. I think I'll break this cycle right now and get something done...

I have two exams tomorrow and two the following day. I feel prepared to take all of them, and I can't imagine a way that I could prepare any better than I have. I could redo the homework, I guess, but I think that would just wear me out and I feel mentally exhausted already. Based on that, I just need to rest, but I also feel restless.

Oh, and it's my birthday tomorrow. That has usually stressed me out, and I suppose that could be contributing to my feeling overwhelmed. That probably explains this free-floating anxiety. What's one more shi++y birthday to add to the already long list?
