My sensory issues are limited to food and heat 8and to some degree cold). As much as I prefer quiet, noise only bothers me when I'm trying to concentrate on something, or if I have a headache/migraine.

Same here. I don't want to depend on it. Also, I hear it stuns your growth and is bad for your teeth.

I drink soluble coffee with milk, it tastes great.

How about chocolate milk? I use Hershey's syrup for that.

Been there done that, but I prefer coffee with milk. I don't like it with water though.
