I thought I was going to have a lovely productive day, making music, going outside for a long walk.... Instead though the sound on my music software has decided not to play, rendering any attempt to create anything futile, and then Google Chrome decided to give up on me altogether and wont even open! I un-installed and re-installed it but that hasn't done a thing, so I'm using stupid Firefox instead, I lost all my tabs on Chrome aswell, which will take quite some effort to find again. I got so angry I could have just smashed my lap-top to pieces, but I tried to cool off my temper and instead ended up sleeping from lunchtime until about an hour ago - That's my day off wasted then....

I now have a headache from all that sleep earlier....

MONKEY's goose egg nommery adventure!


Egg custard made by yours truly. It's my first time making it and I've had rave reviews! My mum told me to make it again in future, and even my hard to please siblings loved it and brad asked for seconds! I think the secret is in the fact that I made it using a goose egg, and goose eggs are super tasty. I'd even akin it to what you get in a pie shop or in a tub of Bird's, I am proud!

Also I used the other goose egg for my tea. I had egg and soldiers and the toast was a toasted muffin with cheese and pesto. It didn't look like much at first but it is sooo rich and filling, I think goose eggs would make a perfect egg and soldiers for two (how romantic). It's a bit much for one person.

Too bad the goose egg season ends next month, I want to make more goosey custards! (Me and mum are sharing the remainder tonight when the siblings have gone bed, like the fat cows we are. My dad doesn't like custards so he's missing out, poor thing.)

^ Even though I'm not a fan of Egg custards, that does look good. I'm jealous. ^

And I'm looking forward to the future egg and soldiers.
