I spent 2 hours last night bowling in an extremely loud multi purpose activity centre. I have been nervous for a week before hand, but I didn't want to let my friend down who was celebrating his birthday and who I have known for almost 20 years.

Sugar, for over 3 years. I'm not quite ketogenic because I still eat a little bit of bread. My GI problems got substantially better, but haven't completely gone.

Any health problems that have been bothering you for a long time?
