Physically? I like my hair.
Conceptually? I'm glad to be very open-minded, and a survivor.

I admit i don't know many foreign poets but i do like what i've read from T. S Eliot, William Butler Yeats and as for turkish Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar. His poems are mostly about time which just speaks to me.

What is something you miss most about the past?

My father, and the street we lived on that my family owned. There were only three houses: my grandparents' house, my aunt's house, and my house ... all built by my family. Behind us was a woodlot, stream and meadow with my grandfather's junkyard. I loved it.

In terms of social history, I miss rotary telephones and card catalogues at the library.

Playing with my best friend and our neighbor's daughter in our old house's garden. Watching cartoons on vhs tapes.

Have you ever confessed your love to someone?

Yes. In the 90s my colleague and I confessed a mutual love and started dating. He came out as gay within a few years (my third gay boyfriend in a row). We are still best friends. I'm at his house now on holiday.

We've certainly had some rough patches, but yes ... I'm glad to be friends. I'm glad you told your person as well.

I'm not athletic at all, except that I enjoy swimming and walking my dog. I don't know the rules of a single sport.

Outside of yoga and having taken aikido lessons years ago, same. I am very clumsy and scared of being hit with a ball so i always hated sports like volleyball/basketball.

If you were a writer, what kind of story would you write?

Probably Gothic short stories, or coming-of-age novels like Judy Blume.

Essays probably.

What suits your lifestyle and personality more, living in the city, small town or country side?
