Forced to go to a big loud extrovert party/family gathering or stay in your room with nothing but your bed and your light for the same time you would be in a big loud extrovert party/family gathering?

No. I'm not even sure what that means. I keep my concert videos on "private" mode without sharing them.

What do you do when you are forced to go to a big extrovert party/family gathering?

I go somewhere where it is empty and sit there and play on my phone or occasionally a musical instrument.

I cancel at the last minute, or if I go I end up sitting by myself in another room (or outside) with their pets.

When I get home I will need about a week to recover.

I spend time in someone's bedroom when at a house to take breaks from it. If not at someone's house I wear earphones and shades to diminish the sensory input.
