Not as good as his novels Blindsighted and Echopraxia, but still found it a good read.

Favorite historical period?

When we say historical period we are meant to imply the place too I suppose? Since the state of things varied vastly. I'd say early Ottoman period

I knew you would say greys! Haha. I was Just wondering which tones .

Today I like Silver / Platinum + magenta/garnet colour together. It looks refreshing.

Did you do any of the following: frog catching, fishing, water skiing- in your life?

Frog catching: No, but toad catching.

Fishing: All sorts including deep sea fishing.

Waterskiing: No, my brother and cousins did it but I was too shy to try.

Yes frog and toad catching. My classmate Zahra in grade 6 was intent on being friends with me .

I guess she noticed I was a loner and bullied so she invited me over and first thing she did was go frog catching, which I had not expected... I was not really wanting to be as friendly with her as I was way behind her socially. The other kids wouldn't want to talk to her when she was with me so I felt guilty too and pretended to ignore her so she wd get her old friends back which she did.

No to the other two. I guess one has to be very quick at waterskiing and v patient with fishing

What did you have for lunch today?
