I don't really have three meals a day. I generally only have a meal in the evening, but today I had some mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, cranberries, and sunflower seeds) around midday. Come to think of it I had a scone prior to that as well.

same question about lunch

Lunch was a salad consisting of:

Arugula
Chickpeas
A sprinkle of Parmesan cheese shreds
Kimchi
Chow Chow (A pickled vegetable relish I canned this fall
shredded carrots and shredded raw golden beets
The dressing was a mix of homemade toum (Lebanese garlic mayo) and a dash of ketchup. The combo of the toum, ketchup and chow chow make a 1,000 Island dressing only better.

Same q

Did not have lunch yet. But the plan is chicken sandwich with blueberries and some (pepper)mint tea.

What did you have for breakfast today?

You're like me before I was force fed daily by XH who thought it was anorexia.
The only good scones are with authentic clotted cream from a real English village so I never eat those except there. It's hard to make a good scone.

I had something my mom had brought over last night when she visited after many months...
Organic meat stew thing. I forced myself to eat it. 3 bites were enough to take care of a person's appetite, as it was so nourishing and satisfying.

Cedarwood or pine , which scent do you prefer?

It should be ok to have. Kimchi is a fermented food. I made the batch that I used some for my salad and it's been sitting a whole week in a big jar on the kitchen counter. I haven't yet refrigerated it since it's not to the tangy level of fermentation I want yet. Kimchi is packed with good probiotics.

Do you like Kefir?

Yes but only plain organic, not mixed with anything. Then I add honey just before drinking it.

Do you consciously try to be healthy in your eating or do you not mind?

(Oh and thank you Magna. It says to refrigerate only, on the jar, but what you say makes sense)

Yes I try to eat healthy. I don't obsess about it, but I like to cook so my main goal that is second nature to me now is to eat or make things that don't have any preservatives in them. I still eat store bought things like frozen pizza, but eating mainly what I cook myself from scratch is what works best for me. I don't eat at fast food restaurants. It's been close to twenty years since I've eaten at a McDonalds.

Drive a jalopy but live in a palace if those are the only two options. Even so I don't have a desire to live in a palace or a mansion.

i already live in a hovel-like place so if only i had me my mint-condition '93 pink cadillac sedan de ville, i'd have me the fancy car part of the equation :D

choose one-
ride in a helicopter
or
stay on the ground

I don't watch diet nor lifestyle... but I'm trying to get back in it.
Live in a palace, don't care about the car. A yellow jalopy is what Chet in Hardy Boys drove, that's all I know.
They ruined Hardy Boys as they modernized it, made them all into Jonas Brothers type of people including Chet.
Not that they were very well developed characters to begin with, but that was the point. They ruined it trying to give everyone a backstory and motives, even the good guys, instead of keeping it 2D and fun.

- oh Auntblabby posted before me -
Stay on the ground.

Would you rather be a honeybee or a peacock?

Really? How so?

A honeybee (to be trapped in a flower for a bit, and see it from the inside, like a room, how awesome)

Do you know anyone who resembles or reminds you of an animal, and which animal?

you should flatter the crown prince of saudi arabia, say he's smart or something, and he'll get you one. of course, you'll risk your afterlife for the lie, so see if it's worth it.
