Maybe once a year. I don't like chocolate and they normally have a chocolate coating.

Do you take any vitamins or supplements?

Depending on the season, I rotate some stuff I can't seem to get from food, no matter how well I eat. And valerian is the strongest sleep-aid I accept taking. Kitty goes completely bonkers for it too

no I've seen whatever it was I needed to see wherever it was. I've visited 2 of the holy cities and the third is disturbing and dangerous to visit now, so I'm good.

There is one I have to go to. There are 3 I've seen in dreams but I know they exist. I want to go there so bad. In about a year I'm going to find them.
