Goodnight 3:00 AM here,

I couldn't stop playing with my thinkpad, was rocking a solid 30 fps on minecraft with the optifine mod. Its not a gaming machine but I have the ability to play some real gems on the go now that my last laptop couldn't do. I am digging everything about this PC but its model is most sexy and has a sense of quality about it. The cons are no solid state drive, poor GPU performance and the potential to over heat but I could totally treat this laptop as a desktop replacement. I grew up as a PC gamer with low end hardware so I know how to squeeze every last bit of performance out of something. I had some very nasty hacks in place to run ID Tech 4 on my Intel GM45 on my last laptop and this one murders that graphics engine.

I love my GTX 980 but I can get by with much less. Anyway, I'll play with it some more tomorrow, I am going to pass out.

I had the weirdest dream last night. It involved a church Sunday school group [?], the boardwalk at the provincial park near my house [!], someone using what looked like a toaster oven [like the one in my house...] to bake bread and...incubate a tiny baby [?!] and meeting Matt Smith [also known as the Eleventh Doctor] at said boardwalk. Matt Smith seemed interested in why I wasn't with the other kids, and I explained to him that I'm an introvert and like playing by myself.

lol Ubuntu sucks, I can't even reboot without my graphics driver stopping X from loading.

Windows 7 is better then Ubuntu but I can't complain much, pretty much all the major modern operating systems are decent for typical Desktop use. I still can't help but feel its their own fault, if your operating system is sub par in terms of bugs, you are probably inviting hackers to break your site.

I made a few stupid mistakes at work yesterday.
Things that are basic knowledge and I know them because I've done that exact thing before but my brain can't function under stress.
They probably think I'm an idiot.
